House rules
A short list, and none of it a surprise. The house stands in a quiet residential street and the garden is shared, so most of this is about the people next door.
- Arrival
- Between 14:00 and 18:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance.
- Departure
- Between 08:00 and 10:00.
- Quiet hours
- 22:00 to 06:00. Neighbours live close by on all sides.
- Smoking
- Not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Pets
- Not permitted.
- Parties and events
- Not permitted, including hen and stag parties.
- Children
- Children of any age are welcome. A cot for children under four is free on request; there are no extra beds.
- Parking
- Free private parking on site, for guests of the house.
- Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi throughout.
- Damage deposit
- A refundable damage deposit of €300 is taken in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after the apartment has been checked.
