Terms and conditions

The terms of a stay at Apartments Lana. Where a reservation was made through a booking portal, that portal's own terms apply to the reservation as well.

Who you are dealing with

Reservations

This website takes no reservations of its own and holds no payment details. A stay is booked through Bentral or through a listing portal, and the confirmation you receive from them is the contract for the dates and the price. Prices are shown there, with the dates you choose; this site quotes none.

Between 14:00 and 18:00

Between 08:00 and 10:00

Damage deposit

A refundable damage deposit of €300 is taken in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after the apartment has been checked.

Cancellation

Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the dates and the unit, and are shown with the price when you choose them.

Arriving

Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance. Photo identification is needed at check-in. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or guardian.

The rules of the house

The house rules are part of these terms. In short: no smoking anywhere, no pets, no parties, and quiet between 22:00 to 06:00.

Damage

You are responsible for the accommodation during your stay and for any damage beyond ordinary wear. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is taken in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after the apartment has been checked.

If something goes wrong

Tell us while you are here. Almost everything can be put right on the spot, and it is far harder to do anything about it afterwards. If a complaint cannot be settled between us, consumers in the EU may use the online dispute resolution platform. Slovenian law applies, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction.
